Pinnacle Blooms Network®, operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (BHCL), is a healthcare organization operating a network of centers and the Pinnacle AI GPT-OS® platform. The organization focuses on child-development and therapy services.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end operations across multiple centres within the assigned zone.
Drive revenue growth, admissions, retention, and overall business performance.
Lead and mentor Centre Managers, HR, and Business Development teams.
Monitor operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and centre performance.
Conduct regular centre visits to ensure operational excellence and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support expansion and business growth.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare quality standards.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Management qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of operations or P&L; management experience, including 2 years managing multiple locations.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, education, retail, or hospitality preferred.
Robust leadership, people management, and business operations experience.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
