WORKFLOW ARCHITECT, SYSTEMS AND AI AGENTS

We are building one place where every process a company runs is written down properly. Not a pretty picture. A diagram accurate enough that a developer, or an AI agent, could run the process from it without asking a second question.

You will sit with the founder, pull a process out of his head, and turn it into that diagram. Then the next one, and the one after. There are plenty of them waiting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Interview the founder and the people who do the work, then model exactly what they said and nothing they did not.

Draw the flow: what happens, in what order, what runs at the same time, what repeats, what waits, and what happens when something fails.

Find the holes. Come back with the questions that matter instead of filling gaps with assumptions.

Keep every diagram in one strict notation, so that two diagrams never mean two different things.

YOU ARE RIGHT FOR THIS IF

You have modelled real systems, not org charts. BPMN, flowcharts, sequence or state diagrams, any of them.

You have modelled at least one workflow where software or an AI agent does part of the work.

You can read a vague brief and come back with the ten questions that matter.





You write clearly and you ask before you assume.

One test task, capped at about two hours, with a short recorded walkthrough.

If you are shortlisted, a live workflow hackathon on a call, scored in the open, where the most detail wins INR 2,000.

A paid trial on real work, and a decision within 48 hours of it.

PAY

Your first month pays between INR 5,000 and INR 15,000, and which end you land on is set by one thing: how you do in the test task. It is then reviewed and raised every month against two things, workflows accepted without rework, and holes found before you draw rather than after.

The trial project is paid at INR 1,000 whether or not we carry on. Remote. Ongoing, with plenty of processes waiting.
