About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Warehouse In-Charge to manage the overall day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for managing the packaging team, supervising loading and unloading activities, maintaining warehouse discipline, and ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate should have robust team management and operational skills and be capable of independently handling all major warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Lead and manage the packaging team and ensure timely completion of daily targets.
- Allocate work to warehouse and packaging staff and monitor their performance.
- Supervise loading and unloading of goods.
- Ensure proper receiving, checking, sorting, and storage of incoming stock.
- Ensure products are properly packed, labelled, and ready for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the Inventory, E-commerce, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure proper movement and placement of stock within the warehouse.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and discipline.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and work discipline of warehouse staff.
- Ensure that warehouse staff follow proper processes and safety practices.
- Handle daily inward and outward movement of goods.
- Coordinate with delivery partners, transporters, and other logistics personnel when required.




- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock.
- Assist in regular physical stock verification and warehouse audits.
- Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space.
- Maintain basic warehouse records and daily operational reports.
- Take responsibility for resolving day-to-day warehouse operational issues.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately and within the required timelines.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse In-Charge / Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Executive will be preferred.
- Strong team handling and people management skills.
- Should be disciplined, punctual, responsible, and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple warehouse activities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of packaging, loading/unloading, dispatch, and stock handling.
- Physically capable of supervising and handling warehouse operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Should be comfortable taking ownership of warehouse operations and ensuring work is completed properly and on time.
