Asrotex Group, is seeking a Welfare Officer to oversee employee welfare programs, ensure a safe and healthy work setting, and support workers’ rights and well-being in compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Monitor and promote employee welfare and well-being programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety standards
- Address employee grievances related to welfare and working conditions
- Conduct awareness sessions on health, safety, and workers’ rights
- Coordinate with management and workers to improve working environment
- Support implementation of welfare-related policies and initiatives
- Maintain records of welfare activities and prepare related reports
- Liaise with government agencies, labor unions, and external stakeholders as needed
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering positive employee relations
- Organize health camps, recreational activities, and employee support programs

Academic Qualifications

- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
