We are looking for an experienced Naval Gunnery / Weapon System Integration Specialist to support the integration of EO/IR and shipborne weapon systems.

Key Requirements:

- 10–15 years of experience in Naval Gunnery / Weapon Systems / Defence System Integration
- Strong experience with shipborne gun and Fire Control Systems (FCS)
- Good understanding of Combat Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience integrating guns/weapons with EO/IR, RADAR and other shipborne sensors
- Exposure to sensor-to-weapon cueing, target tracking and engagement workflows
- Experience in installation, commissioning, HAT/SAT, sea trials or weapon trials
- Experience with ICDs, interface protocols, data formats and system integration




- Experience with naval weapon-system OEMs or defence system integrators preferred
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science or equivalent

Preferred Candidate Background:

Indian Navy / Naval Weapon Systems / Defence OEM / Naval Systems Integrator / Shipborne Combat Systems.

Interested candidates can share their updated CV with details of current CTC, expected CTC, notice period and relevant naval weapon/FCS/CMS experience.

Key: Profiles with only general RF, embedded, electronics or defence experience but without relevant naval weapon/FCS/CMS integration exposure may not be suitable.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
