Warehouse Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations for our growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily picking, packing and dispatch operations.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work.
- Maintain accurate inventory and proper rack/bin organization.
- Coordinate Amazon FBA and marketplace shipments.
- Ensure orders are dispatched within timelines.
- Monitor team productivity and packing accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness and security.
- Handle stock verification, damages, returns and discrepancies.
- Maintain daily warehouse reports and checklists.
- Ensure proper opening, closing and handover procedures.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of warehouse experience.
- E-commerce/FBA experience preferred.




- Good knowledge of inventory and dispatch processes.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Solid team-handling and follow-up skills.
- High ownership, discipline and accountability.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.

- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
- Warehouse management : 1 year (Preferred)
