We are looking for a passionate and creative Visualizer (Creative Designer) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design principles and the ability to create engaging creatives across digital and print media.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into compelling visuals while working in a cooperative and fast-paced advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media campaigns, digital advertisements, and marketing initiatives.
- Create print materials including brochures, flyers, standees, posters, packaging, and branding collaterals.
- Assist in developing creative concepts based on client briefs and campaign requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms and marketing materials.
- Prepare artwork files for print production and digital publishing.
- Collaborate with content writers, account managers, and senior designers for smooth project execution.
- Support the creative team in brainstorming and executing innovative design ideas.
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,



InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
- Ability to create visually appealing graphics for both digital and print platforms.
- Knowledge of print production processes and artwork preparation.
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics will be considered a plus.

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
- A robust portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
- Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Background

Candidates with prior experience in advertising agencies, branding studios, digital marketing firms, or creative production environments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
