About the Role

US IT Recruiting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven US IT Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team and manage end-to-end hiring delivery for US clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US IT staffing, excellent team management skills, and the ability to drive recruitment targets while maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for US IT clients
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Distribute requirements among recruiters and monitor daily progress
- Review candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews, and placements
- Ensure recruiters meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
- Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical IT positions
- Conduct recruiter training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Monitor recruitment metrics, productivity, and team performance
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and vendors
- Resolve recruitment challenges and candidate/client escalations
- Ensure compliance with US staffing, employment, and work authorization requirements
- Prepare and share recruitment performance reports with management
- Continuously improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes

Qualifications

- Experience: 6+ Years in US IT Recruitment, including team-lead or management experience

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment and staffing
- Proven experience managing and mentoring recruiters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of US work authorization and visa categories
- Experience with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve team productivity
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a US time-zone aligned environment

Pay range and compensation package

- Salary: ₹6 LPA
- Performance Reviews: Every 6 months
- probation Period: 3 month
- Salary Revisions: Based on performance and review results
