Role Description This full-time Travel Manager role is an on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Travel

Manager will oversee end-to-end travel planning, including coordinating itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and local transportation for individual and group travelers. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their preferences, providing expert travel advice, and ensuring that all arrangements align with budget, timelines, and safety standards.

Manager will manage vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and monitor bookings to prevent and resolve travel disruptions.



Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, handling customer queries and escalations, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and traveler satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, covering itinerary design, bookings, and coordination for diverse travel needs.
- Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and traveler satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales within the travel or hospitality sector, including cross-selling and upselling travel services.
- Knowledge of travel booking tools, GDS systems, and online reservation platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple itineraries, and maintain attention to detail.
- Understanding of sustainable tourism practices and willingness to promote responsible travel options.
- Relevant education in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; prior experience as a Travel Manager or similar role is highly beneficial.
