Key Responsibilities The trainer will:
- Conduct practical classroom and/or online training sessions.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, exercises, assignments and practical activities.
- Provide hands-on coding demonstrations.
- Guide students through mini-projects and real-world projects.
- Help students debug programs and understand programming concepts.
- Conduct assessments, assignments and practice sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students for projects, interviews and career preparation.
- Maintain a professional and engaging classroom environment.
- Keep course content updated with current industry practices.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

- Have strong knowledge in their technical specialization.




- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Enjoy teaching and mentoring students.
- Can explain complex concepts using practical examples.
- Are comfortable conducting hands-on sessions.
- Are reliable and able to follow agreed training schedules.

Qualification

Candidates may have qualifications such as:

B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / M.Tech / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.

Experienced software professionals and skilled practitioners who have robust practical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

Teaching or software industry experience is preferred.

Freshers with excellent technical knowledge, communication skills and teaching ability may also be considered.

Working Arrangement

This is a part-time trainer opportunity.

Training schedules may include

- Weekday batches
- Evening batches
- Weekend batches
- Short-term workshops
- Special training programs

Schedules can be discussed depending on trainer availability and course requirements.
