Job Summary

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects. The role is primarily responsible for project planning, governance, schedule, budget, resources, risks, vendors, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

The Project

Manager should have a sound knowledge and understanding of enterprise networking concepts to engage effectively with architects and engineering teams, challenge plans, identify delivery risks, and communicate technical impacts; hands-on network configuration or engineering expertise is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : • Own the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, and execution through transition and closure. • Define and control project scope, objectives, deliverables, acceptance criteria, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and governance. • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, change controls, decision logs, and status reports. • Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement requirements, vendor deliverables, statements of work, invoices, and financial reporting. • Coordinate network architects, engineers, security teams, service providers, business teams, and operations stakeholders. • Monitor progress against agreed scope, cost, schedule, quality, and resource commitments; take corrective action when required. • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, changes, and escalations. • Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, steering committees, technical checkpoints, and executive updates. • Ensure network implementation plans cover testing, change approvals, maintenance windows, rollback, cutover, hypercare, and operational handover.



• Translate technical updates into explicit business impacts, decisions, risks, and actions for senior stakeholders. • Manage third-party suppliers and ensure their deliverables, timelines, quality, and contractual commitments are achieved. • Ensure compliance with organizational project governance, security, change management, quality, audit, and documentation requirements. • Drive timely project closure, lessons learned, benefits tracking, and transition to business-as-usual support.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline. • 8 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in project-management roles. • Proven experience delivering medium-to-large infrastructure or network-related projects across multiple teams and vendors. • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, governance, risk management, change control, and stakeholder management. • Experience managing external vendors, contracts, procurement, technical dependencies, and distributed delivery teams. • Strong negotiation, facilitation, presentation, executive communication, and documentation skills. • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or an equivalent project-management certification is preferred. • ITIL certification and foundational networking or cloud certification are advantageous but not mandatory.
