Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and qualified TGT – Physics to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, concept-based Physics lessons, fostering scientific thinking, and supporting students in achieving strong academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding through practical activities, experiments, and real-world applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other academic resources.
- Conduct laboratory activities while ensuring proper safety procedures.
- Assess and monitor student learning, providing timely feedback and academic support.
- Maintain accurate academic records and complete required documentation.
- Support students with differentiated learning strategies based on their individual needs.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, workshops, and other academic activities.
- Collaborate with the Science Department and other teachers to enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Contribute to curriculum development,



academic planning, and enrichment activities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics / Science with a recognised teaching qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Experience teaching Physics at the Middle School / Secondary level.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of practical Physics and laboratory procedures.
- Candidates with experience in CBSE / ICSE / Cambridge / IB or other international curricula will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
