We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. This is a suitable opportunity for freshers who are comfortable speaking with customers and interested in developing their communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients. Explain company products and services clearly. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. Follow up with interested customers and leads. Handle basic customer questions professionally. Maintain accurate calling and follow-up records. Update daily call details using the company’s tracking system. Work towards assigned calling and follow-up targets. Coordinate with the team when further assistance is required.

Requirements 12th pass or graduate. Freshers are welcome to apply. Good verbal communication skills. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.



Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and email. Ability to maintain regular follow-ups. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working with daily targets.

Preferred Skills Hindi communication skills.

Basic
