About the Organisation
World Human Rights Awareness Council is an organisation working in the area of human-rights awareness, recognition and skilled/social initiatives. We are expanding our sales and outreach team and are looking for confident and motivated professionals who can communicate effectively with prospective nominees and clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and nominees.
- Introduce and explain our award, recognition and seminar-related programs.
- Understand the prospect's profile, requirements and level of interest.
- Explain nomination/process details, applicable charges and participation requirements accurately.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for successful completion of confirmed nominations/registrations.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales or business development preferred.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Basic to good English communication skills.
- Confident,
persuasive and qualified personality.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate professionally.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp/CRM/Google Sheets.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Additional Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives based on successful paid conversions and achievement of monthly targets.
High-performing sales executives can earn significantly more through performance incentives.
Performance Expectations The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Make consistent outbound calls.
- Build and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline.
- Convert qualified prospects into confirmed customers/nominees.
- Meet monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records.
