We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales where applicable.




- Coordinate with the sales and customer-support teams when required.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions.

Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and/or Assamese will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
