- Outbound Calls: Call potential clients from a provided list to pitch products or services.
- Inbound Calls: Answer incoming questions from customers and offer helpful solutions.
- Lead Generation: Ask questions to find out what the customer needs and qualify recent sales leads.
- Data Management: Record all call outcomes and update customer details in the Razorpay CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Reach daily and monthly goals for calls, sales, or appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Clear speaking voice and strong listening skills.
- Computer Literacy: Basic skills in Word, Excel, and CRM software.
- Resilience: Ability to stay calm and handle rejection politely.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
