Your job:
- Generate quotations based on customer enquiry via SAP system
- Register orders via SAP system
- Respond to customer queries and calls regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and dispatch status using SAP and managed call interactions through the CRM system
- Maintain daily track reports as per the template provided
- To meet Global defined KPI’s of individual sand team goals
Your qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in science (B.Sc.) or M.Sc. in Physics, Maths or Chemistry
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to learn advanced concepts and a robust willingness to learn, collaborate, and work in a learning environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
