About the Role

Shoolini University is seeking experienced Managers – Career Development Centre to drive corporate outreach, recruiter acquisition, industry engagement, and placement opportunities, with a focus on expanding the University's corporate network and building long-term industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive corporate outreach and business development to identify and engage new hiring organizations.
- Build relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, and senior corporate stakeholders.
- Identify and onboard new recruiters across relevant industries and functions.
- Generate opportunities for placements, internships, live projects, PPOs, and industry engagements.
- Build and manage a strong corporate/recruiter pipeline through outreach, networking, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Represent Shoolini University at corporate meetings, industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
- Develop strategic industry–academia partnerships and sustained hiring opportunities.
- Work with academic teams to understand student profiles and effectively present the University's talent proposition to employers.
- Maintain CRM/MIS of corporate relationships, outreach, opportunities, and conversions.




- Track outreach and recruiter acquisition performance and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Sciences: Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Food Technology, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences & allied disciplines.

Technology: Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering & allied technology domains.

Management: MBA, Finance, Marketing, HR, Business Analytics & allied domains.

Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM/Master’s degree from a reputed institution.
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in corporate relations, university placements, talent acquisition, business development, or employer engagement.
- Experience with premier/Tier-1 universities, leading B-Schools, IITs, or reputed higher-education institutions will be preferred.
- Proven track record in corporate outreach, recruiter acquisition, and employer network development.
- Strong existing network among corporates, MNCs, startups, CHROs, HR Heads, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Excellent business development, communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target orientation with the ability to drive outreach-to-conversion.
