We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Expert to join our team at CodeMark Media.

We’re looking for someone who combines digital marketing knowledge with creativity and strong content skills. You’ll work across social media, content creation, SEO, paid advertising and lead generation for CodeMark Media and our clients.

Content creation is a major part of this role. You should be comfortable coming up with creative ideas, writing scripts and captions, planning reels, and appearing in front of the camera for social media videos.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple brands and clients.

- Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social platforms.

- Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, captions and copy for reels, posts, carousels and campaigns.

- Be comfortable appearing in reels, promotional videos and other social media content.

- Plan and manage social media content calendars.

- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to turn content ideas into high-quality creatives.

- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Handle On-Page, Off-Page and Local SEO activities.

- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and market research.

- Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads and conversions.

- Prepare reports and continuously optimise campaigns based on performance.

- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, platform updates and digital marketing tools.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 6 months – 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

- Strong content ideation, copywriting, caption writing and scriptwriting skills.

- Confident and comfortable speaking and appearing in front of the camera.





- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

- Hands-on knowledge of SEO and keyword research.

- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Business Profile.

- Understanding of lead generation and campaign optimisation.

- Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant content ideas.

- Familiarity with Canva and basic content creation tools.

- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for research, content ideation and marketing productivity.

- Good communication, creativity and teamwork skills.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience creating Instagram Reels or short-form videos.

- Previous experience appearing in brand or social media videos.

- Basic video editing knowledge using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.

- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.

- Experience handling multiple client social media accounts.

- Familiarity with WordPress.

- Previous digital marketing agency experience.
