Job Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and ensuring a smooth support experience for users of our EV charging network.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, chat, and email

Assist customers with charging station usage, payments, and app-related issues

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service quality

Shift Details

Day Shift: Work from Office (Kengeri, Bengaluru)

Night Shift: Work from Home





Eligibility Criteria

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in English (mandatory)

Proficiency in Kannada or Hindi (mandatory)

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

CTC : ₹2,38,184 – ₹2,81,804 per annum (Depending on performance during the selection process)
