Position: Help Desk Support Engineer

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Key Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (B1 CEFR level or above)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Mid-level troubleshooting skills
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues using SOPs and Knowledge Base articles
- Experience supporting users through Chat, Phone, and Email
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment

Technical Skills

- Basic troubleshooting experience on:
- Windows
- Mac OS
- Linux
- Chrome OS
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- User support and issue resolution
- Documentation and ticket management
- Escalation handling and incident management





Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide remote technical support via Phone, Chat, and Email
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user-related issues
- Follow documented troubleshooting procedures and knowledge articles
- Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution
- Support deployment of new processes, SOPs, and system changes
