Role Description The Technical Officer role at Gallantt Cement is a full-time, on-site position based in Bahraich Tehsil.

The Technical

Officer will oversee and support technical operations related to cement quality, including routine testing, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers and internal teams, assisting in resolving product-related issues, and preparing clear technical reports and documentation.



The role involves close coordination with production, quality control, and customer service teams to ensure reliable performance and continuous improvement in processes.

The Technical

Officer is expected to maintain safety and regulatory standards while contributing to operational efficiency and product excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and support process optimization.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to explain technical information clearly and support client needs.
- Technical support experience, preferably in cement, construction materials, or related manufacturing industries.
- Laboratory skills for conducting material tests, recording results accurately, and working with standard testing equipment.
- Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Knowledge of quality standards and procedures in cement or building materials, including BIS or similar certifications.
- Ability to work in office in an industrial environment, adhere to safety protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in cement manufacturing or construction materials testing will be an advantage.
