Team Leader – Healthcare Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Healthcare Recruitment to manage end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment and lead a team of recruiters. The role requires strong knowledge of US healthcare staffing, recruitment operations, client requirements, and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of US Healthcare Recruiters to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Handle requirements for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, compensation, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, Account Managers, and internal teams for submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Track team performance,



including submissions, interviews, placements, closures, and TAT.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and address performance gaps.
- Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and adherence to client-specific processes.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and share pipeline updates with management.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment with team-handling experience.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
- Experience with VMS/MSP, direct clients, ATS/CRM, job portals, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a US shift setting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
