Position Summary

We are seeking two experienced litigation professionals to lead and manage legal cases across Criminal Litigation and Civil, Property & Insurance Litigation. The role involves handling litigation strategy, coordinating with external advocates, ensuring timely legal actions, representing organisational interests before courts and regulatory authorities, and leading a team of legal professionals to achieve favourable outcomes.

Position 1: Team Lead-Criminal Litigation

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee criminal litigation matters across various jurisdictions.

- Coordinate with police authorities, investigative agencies, and external counsels.

- Draft and review complaints, criminal petitions, affidavits, replies, and legal notices.

- Monitor ongoing criminal proceedings and ensure timely court appearances.

- Advise management on criminal law implications and risk mitigation strategies.

- Liaise with law enforcement authorities for case follow-up and investigations.

- Develop litigation strategies to protect the organisation's interests.

- Maintain accurate records of criminal cases and legal proceedings.





- Lead and mentor junior legal professionals handling criminal matters.

Qualifications & Experience
- LLB from a recognised university.

- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.

- 7“12 years of post-qualification experience in Criminal Litigation.

- Experience in handling criminal complaints, recovery matters, fraud cases, and prosecution proceedings.

Key Skills
- Solid knowledge of Criminal Law, CrPC, IPC/BNS and related statutes.

- Court appearance and advocacy skills.

- Drafting and legal research expertise.

- Stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

- Leadership and team management skills.

Position 2: Team Lead Civil, Property & Insurance Litigation

Key Responsibilities

- Lead civil, property, insurance, and recovery-related litigation matters.

- Manage disputes related to land, title verification, mortgages, property ownership, tenancy, and contractual matters.

- Handle insurance claim disputes, policy interpretation, and litigation management.

- Coordinate with external advocates, surveyors, and legal consultants.

- Draft and review pleadings, written statements, appeals, legal notices, and settlement agreements.

- Conduct due diligence for property-related transactions and legal documentation.

- Provide legal opinions on property and insurance matters.

- Monitor court cases and ensure compliance with legal timelines.

- Develop effective litigation and settlement strategies.
