- Able to handle Major Incident management
- Handle team of more than 50 plus associates
- Customer Management
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Exp in creating current solutions and proposals for customers in EUC domain
- Hands on experience in Scripting tools like Python, PowerShell etc.

- Understanding of customer SLA and KPI
- Understanding of application packaging and imaging
