Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Supervisor(Textile) to manage day-to-day showroom activities, supervise the sales team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide the textile sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customers and support the team in providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure proper display, arrangement, and presentation of textile products.
- Monitor stock availability, stock movement, replenishment, and slow-moving products.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information about fabrics, designs, and pricing.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and daily activities.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for smooth showroom operations.




- Support promotional and marketing activities to increase store sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and showroom standards.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in Textile / Fashion Retail.
- Retail showroom experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Textile Supervisor, Retail Supervisor, Senior Sales Executive, or similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of textile products, fabrics, and retail sales.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and problem-solving skills.
- Telugu and English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
