Role Description The Supervisor role at Ferocious LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role oversees day-to-day delivery operations, including coordinating routes, monitoring driver performance, and ensuring packages are dispatched and delivered accurately and on schedule. The Supervisor supports team members by providing guidance, resolving operational issues, and reinforcing safety and compliance standards aligned with Amazon Last Mile requirements.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining shift schedules, tracking key performance metrics, communicating with station leadership, and promoting a positive, high-performance work culture.



The Supervisor also contributes to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, implementing solutions, and supporting training for new and existing staff.

Qualifications

- Operational supervision and team leadership skills, with experience managing frontline staff in logistics, delivery, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple routes, schedules, and performance metrics simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for guiding team members, resolving conflicts, and coordinating with station management.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools and mobile applications used for route planning, tracking deliveries, and reporting performance data.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards, with the ability to coach team members on best practices and company policies.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address delivery delays, resource constraints, and operational disruptions in real time.
- Prior experience in last-mile delivery, transportation, warehousing, or related fields is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, operations management, or business is an advantage.
