Administrative Certification: Administrative certifications or endorsements related to educational leadership. Experience: Substantial teaching experience , typically 10+ years. Administrative or leadership roles in an educational setting, with a proven track record. Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing professional development in educational leadership.
