Store Manager – Retail
Experience: 3–6 Years | Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, and achieve sales & customer service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, conversion, ATV & store KPIs.
- Lead, train and motivate the store team.
- Manage customer experience, complaints & follow-ups.
- Monitor inventory and control shrinkage.
- Ensure store operations and company standards are maintained.
- Prepare performance reports and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of retail/store management experience.
- Solid leadership, sales and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Graduate Mandatory
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
