Salary: ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and suitability
We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to independently manage our Stores & Dispatch operations in a manufacturing setting.
The role involves managing raw materials, SFG, FG, inventory and dispatch of plastic manufactured parts, along with supervising a team of 4 store employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inward and receipt of raw materials and other materials
- Material issue to production
- SFG and FG inventory management
- Stock verification and reconciliation
- GRN, stock and dispatch documentation
- Excel-based inventory management
- Finished goods dispatch and coordination
- FIFO/FEFO and 5S implementation
- Coordination with Production, Purchase,
Quality and Dispatch
- Team supervision and work allocation
- Maintaining accurate inventory and store records
- Supporting audits and resolving day-to-day store issues
Candidate should have:
3-4 years of stores/inventory/warehouse experience, good Excel knowledge, strong organisational skills and the ability to independently manage day-to-day store operations. Manufacturing experience will be preferred.
Languages: Tamil and English required; Hindi is an advantage.
