About the Role:

A2 Digital is looking for a technically robust and responsible Website Developer with hands-on experience in website development, hosting, server management, performance optimization, security, and marketing integrations.

The ideal candidate should understand the complete website ecosystem, from business objectives and UX to landing pages, funnels, SEO, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop responsive, scalable, high-performance, and SEO-friendly corporate, e-commerce, informational, lead-generation, and campaign websites.
- Plan website architecture, navigation, content hierarchy, and user journeys.
- Create high-converting landing pages for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other campaigns.
- Coordinate with content, SEO, and marketing teams on page structure, CTAs, headlines, and content placement.
- Manage WordPress themes, child themes, plugins, customizations, compatibility issues, backups, migrations, and integrations.
- Integrate websites with CRM, WhatsApp, email, forms, payment gateways, APIs, tracking, and analytics tools.
- Manage domains, DNS, nameservers, SSL, hosting, cPanel/Plesk, FTP/SFTP, PHP, and MySQL environments.
- Independently troubleshoot website downtime, server errors, and hosting-related issues.
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN, security, and technical health.
- Implement technical SEO elements, including URL structure, meta tags, schema, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals,



redirects, and internal linking.
- Maintain clean, structured code and provide ongoing website maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 years of relevant website development experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and WordPress.
- Experience with APIs, Git, hosting and server management, DNS, website security, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of landing pages, lead-generation funnels, conversion optimization, CTA strategy, and analytics/tracking.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and project ownership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple websites, research technical issues independently, and coordinate with marketing, content, SEO, and performance teams.

Mandatory Portfolio:

Candidates must submit a portfolio of websites they have personally worked on, including:

- Website URLs and type
- Exact role and contribution
- Technologies used and whether built from scratch or modified
- Hosting/server responsibilities and integrations handled
- Landing pages or funnels created
- Technical challenges and how they were resolved

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
