Title : Senior UI/UX Designer Location: Bangalore | Hybrid Experience: 10–12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing enterprise and customer-facing digital products. The role requires end-to-end ownership of UX/UI, from research and discovery to prototyping, testing, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across products and client engagements.
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Create intuitive, responsive, and high-quality digital experiences.
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and client stakeholders.
- Present design concepts and facilitate design workshops.




- Mentor junior designers and drive UX best practices.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve design and prototyping efficiency. Must-Have Requirements :
- 10–12 years of UI/UX, Product Design, or Experience Design experience.
- Strong experience with enterprise/product-based digital solutions.
- Expert-level Figma skills.
- Strong UX + UI, not only visual design
- Enterprise/product design experience
