nROLE REQUIREMENTS | Experience: 8–12 years | Salary Budget: ₹10–15 LPA | Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter

n1 Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans across business processes and units.

n2 Review financial, operational and process controls and identify gaps, risks and control weaknesses.

n3 Conduct transaction testing for purchases, sales, expenses, inventory, payroll and other key processes.

n4 Verify adherence to approved policies,



delegation of authority and internal control procedures.

n5 Undertake audit visits to operating units at Wada, Surat and Daman as required.

n6 Prepare audit observations with root cause, risk implication and recommended corrective actions.

n7 Track closure of audit observations and follow up with process owners for timely action.

n8 Coordinate with management and functional HODs during audits and discuss significant findings.

n9 Identify opportunities for process improvement, leakage control and cost optimisation.

n10 Maintain audit working papers, evidence and management action trackers.
