– Senior Guidewire Developer Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire implementations, a solid understanding of the Guidewire ecosystem, and the ability to independently own end-to-end delivery while collaborating effectively with global teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Guidewire XCenters (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)
- Work closely with onshore teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned components with minimal supervision
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and performance considerations




- Actively contribute to team collaboration across geographies (onshore/offshore model) Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementations
- Robust hands-on expertise in PolicyCenter.
- Good to have experience in
- BillingCenter
- ClaimCenter
- Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patterns
- Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing readiness is critical) Key Expectations (Important for This Role):
