Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical, warehouse, corporate and support positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain the candidate tracker / recruitment MIS from sourcing to joining.
- Manage the complete candidate pipeline: Sourcing → Screening → Interview → Selection → Offer → Joining.
- Maintain a solid database of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate salary discussions, documentation and joining formalities.
- Track offer-to-joining and joining-to-retention status.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and share hiring updates with management.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Support campus hiring, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other hiring initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
