Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic HR Manager to lead all HR functions and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliances, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment and ensure smooth employee integration.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure legal compliance.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals and support managers with feedback and coaching.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement growth programs.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labour laws, Formulation and implement HR policies.
- Employee Engagement: Responsible for driving employee engagement initiates to foster a positive work culture,



enhance productivity and improve overall job satisfaction.
- Culture & DEI: Strengthen company culture and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Office Administration: Responsible for office Administration ensuring smooth day to day operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Minimum 15 years in HR Management or senior roles (Min 5 Years as a Manager).
- Education: Degree or Diploma degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Skills: Computer Skills, Knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and proficiency in HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
