As a Management Trainee, you will receive structured exposure to various aspects of store operations, sales, customer experience, inventory management and people management . This role is designed to build strong business acumen and leadership capabilities, preparing you for future managerial roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end premium retail store operations . Support the team in driving sales, customer experience and store-level business targets . Analyse sales and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in inventory management,



merchandising and operational processes . Work closely with store teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand the complete retail business. Support team management, employee engagement and day-to-day people processes . Understand and implement company policies, SOPs and service standards. Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Develop strong leadership, decision-making and managerial capabilities through on-the-job learning.
