Senior SAP S/4HANA CCM Functional Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Condition Contract Management (CCM) Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end CCM solutions as part of global SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout programs.

The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience across multiple implementation projects, including 6+ years of dedicated CCM experience. This role requires strong hands-on configuration expertise, deep business process knowledge, and proven experience delivering CCM solutions in complex, integrated S/4HANA environments.

Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on support/AMS are not suitable for this position.

Key ResponsibilitiesS/4HANA SD & CCM Solution Design and Delivery

- Configure Condition Contract Management (CCM) including contract creation, settlement, and accruals.
- Lead AS-IS / TO-BE process discussions, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
- Work on rebates, chargebacks, settlement documents, and event-based settlements.
- Support Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Market-to-Order (MTO) / Sales and Distribution processes.
- Configure core SD components including:
- Sales documents, item categories, and schedule lines
- Pricing, condition records, access sequences, and pricing procedures
- Output management
- Copy controls and partner determination
- Billing, including invoices, credit/debit memos, and pro forma billing
- Interfaces supporting OTC processes

Advanced S/4HANA SD Capabilities

- Work with Business Partner and Fiori applications.




- Apply new S/4HANA features and capabilities.
- Experience with aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise) is preferred.
- Support complex pricing and promotion settlement scenarios.

Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with FI/CO teams on:
- Account determination
- Revenue posting
- Settlement
- Tax integration
- Work with technical and integration teams on interfaces connected to external applications.
- Support CPI / EDI integration and troubleshooting where required.

Build, Testing & Deployment

- Prepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDD/FSD) and interface specifications.
- Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams on WRICEF developments.
- Lead and support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure solutions comply with global template standards while addressing regional legal and business requirements.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

- Act as a senior functional SME and trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
- Coordinate with system integrators, offshore/onshore teams, and regional business users.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to AMS/support teams.
- Support defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory





- 10+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA SD experience.
- 6+ years of dedicated SAP CCM experience.
- Experience across multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations preferred.
- Strong hands-on CCM implementation and delivery experience; primarily support-focused candidates will not be considered.
- Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Strong experience with:

- Event-based settlements
- Pricing and billing
- Partner determination
- Output management
- Sales orders, deliveries, goods issue, and billing
- Experience working on large-scale, global, multi-country SAP programs.
- Strong functional documentation and testing experience.
- Experience working with multiple SD interfaces to external systems.
- Ability to work effectively with business, functional, technical, and integration teams.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- aATP experience.
- Complex pricing and promotion settlement experience.
- CPI / EDI troubleshooting experience.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or Retail industries.
