Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Marketing Executive will promote diagnostic and lab services, build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, and support growth in assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include conducting market visits, meeting existing and potential clients, explaining service offerings, and following up on leads to convert them into business. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams to support promotional campaigns, and tracking performance against sales targets. The executive will prepare basic reports, maintain customer records,



and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor offerings.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, negotiate, and close business in a healthcare diagnostics environment.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical services sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site across Bengaluru, manage field visits, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools; familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
