About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Ernakulam.

This is a beginner-friendly role for someone who is interested in sales, business development, eCommerce, and working with businesses.

You don't need extensive sales experience. We are looking for someone who is confident, curious, willing to learn, and comfortable communicating with people.

You will work closely with our leadership and business development team to find potential clients, reach out to businesses, understand their requirements, and help turn opportunities into clients.

What You'll Do

- Research and find potential clients for Mayday Internet.
- Identify businesses that could benefit from Shopify, CRO, or eCommerce services.
- Contact potential clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand a company's website, online store, and business needs.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships.
- Assist with sales calls, proposals,



presentations, and client meetings.
- Maintain leads and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Work with the internal team to understand our services and communicate them to prospects.
- Help generate new ideas for finding and approaching potential clients.
