SGT University, Gurugram is looking for passionate and experienced professionals to lead, mentor, and develop our student-focused Creative & Cultural Clubs.

Positions Available

1. Vocal / Indian Classical Singing Club In-Charge – Swar Siddhi

2. Instrumental Music Club In-Charge – Musicity Club

3. Photography Club In-Charge – Shutterbugs

4. Film Making & Videography Club In-Charge – Film Talkies

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the respective club and conduct regular training sessions and workshops

• Mentor students and nurture their creative skills and talent

• Plan and coordinate performances, competitions, exhibitions, screenings, and other club activities

• Prepare and guide students for university, inter-college, and external competitions

• Develop students’ practical and qualified skills through hands-on projects





• Identify and encourage student talent and active participation

• Guide students in creating professional-quality performances and creative projects

• Coordinate with relevant university departments for the smooth execution of club activities

• Maintain regular engagement and ensure consistent development of the club throughout the academic year

Who Can Apply?

Professionals, trainers, artists, performers, musicians, photographers, filmmakers, videographers, and other creative practitioners with relevant experience in their respective fields are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of their domain along with the ability to teach, mentor, and engage with students.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
