Hiring: Head Chef / Sous Chef – Bandra **729 Grams Coffee Roasters | Bandra, Mumbai*
We are looking for an experienced
*Head Chef / Sous Chef to lead our vegetarian kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:** Manage daily kitchen operations and team Ensure food quality, hygiene, consistency & presentation Handle inventory, food cost and kitchen checklists Train and supervise kitchen staff Maintain SOPs and ensure smooth service Support menu planning and new dish development *
Requirements: 5 years of experience in a similar role * Solid experience in vegetarian café/restaurant operations** Good knowledge of kitchen management, inventory & food costing Leadership and team-management skills Candidates with café/speciality coffee experience preferred

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
