Responsibilities and Duties

- Training Program Design: Create and develop training programs, workshops, and materials to design effective soft skill training .
- Responsible for conducting classes on Soft Skills, Personality Development, Interview Skills, and Communication skills
- Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to students.
- Assessment: Evaluate students’ progress and performance to tailor training to their needs.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate training materials and content.
- Coaching and Feedback: Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to students.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
- Keeping up with Latest Trends:



Stay up to date with the latest trends in soft skills development.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and training sessions.
- Motivation and Inspiration: Inspire and motivate students to develop their soft skills.

Qualifications and Skills

- The candidate should be effective in English communication
- Valuable presentable skills & well versed with training skills
- Having around experience above 2 years.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
