G-TEC EDUCATION, Trichy is looking for a technically strong and enthusiastic Software & Full Stack Development Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented programming and full-stack development training.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting training at G-TEC Education as well as colleges and institutions through regular classes, workshops, bootcamps and skill-development programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, practical Full Stack Development knowledge and the ability to train students through hands-on coding and real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training in Software Programming & Full Stack Development
- Train students from beginner to advanced/project-ready level
- Conduct hands-on coding and computer-lab sessions
- Teach front-end, back-end and database development
- Guide students in developing complete Full Stack applications
- Conduct coding exercises, assignments and assessments
- Mentor students on mini-projects and capstone projects
- Assist students with debugging and problem-solving
- Guide students in Git/GitHub and practical development workflows
- Monitor student progress and provide technical mentoring
- Prepare and update practical exercises and training materials
- Conduct technical training programs at colleges and institutions
- Deliver college workshops, bootcamps and skill-development programs
- Confidently handle larger groups of college students
- Coordinate with college faculty/coordinators during institutional programs
- Support technical workshops, seminars and events conducted by G-TEC




- Stay updated with current software-development technologies and industry practices

College Training Responsibilities The candidate should be willing and confident to:
- Travel to colleges/institutions for training assignments when required
- Conduct training for Engineering, Arts & Science and other college students
- Handle larger classrooms and computer labs
- Conduct hands-on technical workshops
- Deliver short-term workshops as well as structured multi-day training programs
- Adapt training according to students' academic and technical levels
- Coordinate professionally with college faculty and management
- Represent G-TEC EDUCATION professionally during external programs




- Handle local and occasional outstation training assignments when required

Candidate Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals
- Practical Full Stack Development knowledge
- Ability to independently develop web applications
- Strong logical, debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners
- Strong classroom-management skills
- Confidence to conduct both centre-based and college training
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Willingness to continuously learn new technologies

Candidates are not expected to be experts in every backend technology, but should be strong in Full Stack Development, React, at least one backend technology, databases and programming fundamentals.

Experience & Qualification

1–3 years of Software Development / Full Stack Development / Technical Training experience preferred.

Previous teaching or technical-training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Strong freshers with excellent programming knowledge, Full Stack projects, valuable communication and teaching ability may also apply.

Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Software Engineering or related fields are preferred.

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Final salary will be based on technical expertise, Full Stack knowledge, project experience, number of technologies the candidate can independently train, communication skills, technical assessment and demo-class performance.
