- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content writers to produce engaging posts, reels, stories and videos.
- Write captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling and publishing across social platforms.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, trending audio, competitor activities and platform updates to identify content opportunities.
- Develop Reels and short-form video concepts designed for reach, engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and audience queries while maintaining the brand tone.
- Track key metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, clicks and leads.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports and recommend improvements.




- Conduct competitor and audience research to identify content gaps and current growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, launches, promotions and paid-ad creatives.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging and visual communication across platforms.
- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations, UGC and partnerships.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats such as Reels, carousels, stories, shorts and posts.
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
- Support social media campaigns focused on brand awareness, engagement, website traffic and lead generation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
