Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Odisha, India.

The Site

Supervisor will oversee day-to-day project activities at solar and electrical installation sites, including coordinating work schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. The role involves supervising site teams and contractors, managing materials and equipment,



and maintaining accurate records of work completed and resources used.

The Site

Supervisor will collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve site issues, support quality inspections, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Regular reporting, compliance with company procedures, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising construction or installation sites, with strong skills in team coordination and on-site leadership
- Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance, including implementation of site safety protocols and risk mitigation measures.
- Effective communication and reporting skills, including maintaining site logs, progress reports, and transparent coordination with project managers and clients.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant site supervision experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Ability to work on-site in various conditions, travel between project locations as needed, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
