We are looking for an execution-focused Site Manager to lead on-site activities and ensure smooth commissioning and project delivery.

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end site execution and commissioning of UHP piping, tubing, and utility systems across multiple sites Plan and manage site schedules to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams Interpret and execute drawings, P&IDs;, and technical specifications accurately Monitor daily progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, HSE guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment with effective planning Identify and resolve site issues, bottlenecks, and technical challenges proactively Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution Maintain proper documentation, reporting,



and timely closure of activities Lead, supervise, and mentor technicians and site engineers to drive productivity and performance Guide site engineers in day-to-day execution and conduct performance reviews with constructive feedback Build strong client relationships through regular coordination, issue resolution, and timely project delivery to ensure high satisfaction Ensure full compliance with industry standards, statutory regulations, and company policies across all project activities Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution and minimize impact on timelines and costs Qualification and Skills B. E./B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or MBA with 8–12 years of site execution experience Experience in Semiconductor / Solar / EPC projects / Chemical / Specialty Gas preferred Strong knowledge of UHP piping, cleanroom systems, site execution, drawings & P&IDs; Strong leadership, client handling, communication, and problem-solving skills with a safety-first approach Ability to manage teams, multiple sites, and meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office
