- Manage overall showroom operations and daily sales activities.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle Tiles, Bathware, and Stones sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, customer follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and dealers.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Age: 40 years and above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Tiles or Building Materials industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one company.
- Experience in Tiles, Bathware, Stones, or related building materials.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage showroom operations.
