Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in UI Builder, custom UI development, and AI/ML capabilities. The role also involves technical leadership, offshore team coordination, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop applications and user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Build custom and reusable UI components.
- Implement and integrate ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow integration mechanisms.
- Lead and coordinate an offshore development team.
- Assign tasks, review deliverables, and conduct code reviews.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and onsite teams.
- Manage technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills




- 8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Experience with custom UI components and application development.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities and integrations.
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API, and integration experience.
- Experience leading offshore development teams.
- Robust project management and stakeholder communication skills.
