Role Description The Senior Video Editor at Trendsetter Academy is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves editing educational and promotional video content, assembling raw footage, selecting key moments, and creating compelling visual narratives aligned with the academy’s brand and teaching objectives.

The Senior Video

Editor will manage the full post-production process, including color grading, sound refinement, and motion graphics integration, ensuring each video is polished and ready for publication across digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating closely with educators, videographers, and the creative team, organizing media assets, maintaining a consistent visual style,



and optimizing content for various formats and channels. The individual in this role will also mentor junior editors, contribute to content planning, and propose creative ideas to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, engaging visuals that reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance educational content and on-screen communication.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or Illustrator).
- Proven experience in editing educational, tutorial, or training content, preferably in creative, beauty, or lifestyle domains.
- Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently with tight timelines and multiple projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in office with cross-functional teams in Ahmedabad.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
